Truck Driving School & Career Development Center
The PTAG organization Truck Driving School and Career Development Center for homeless veterans and the less fortunate would be the first of its kind in the trucking industry.
Opportunity and Hope
The U.S. economy is expanding, and the trucking industry is growing along with it. As older drivers retire and truck fleets expand, the country’s need for trained, qualified drivers increases.
It can be done
In its projections for the years 2002 – 2012, ranks truck driving as being the highest paying occupation with the most job openings for workers who don’t have a bachelor degree and who are entering the occupation for the first time. They expect the need for qualified truck drivers to rise 20% by 2020.
It’s important to us to make quality CDL training available to every homeless veteran and less fortunate individual in the United States. That’s why we are working hard to build our first location in San Antonio, TX. With help from other organizations we can accomplish this noble endeavor and build a very convenient training facility.
